DJ ROCK-IT-T

A true old skooler, Rock-It-T got his start in '77 when KMOJ's Kyle Ray (RIP) showed the young T how to work the wheels of steel. After polishing his skills at house parties and community funk-tions, he locked in his first club gig at Taste Show Lounge on N. 5th Street while still in high school. Later, he served up a whale of a funk DJing at the infamous Moby's on Block E. When MF got its legs, Rock-It-T became a regular guest DJ. This man still drops the funk exclusively via wax, so two turntables and a microphone are essential when he comes to rock the party.
