OG Boobie Black is originally from the Magnolia Projects in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been rapping and representing BWA (Bread Winners Association) his whole life but he realized he was going to get serious with his rap career at the age of 22. Kevin Gates has always been a positive influence on him while he was growing up. Kevin has mentored him on how to stay motivated, how to be a man of your word, and how to create your own online following in the competitive music industry.

OG Boobie Black had to escape the street life of hustling drugs so he could make it as a rapper. He has been shot a total of twenty-three times from two separate occasions in the streets. OG Boobie Black has been busy in the studio preparing the release of new music for the public.
