These young, energetic, Minneapolis-based rockers haven’t slowed down since the release of their sophomore EP Disclosure in April 2014. Produced by Eric Labrosse of Cherry Pit Studios, Disclosure features five compelling, well-written songs that are not only radio-ready, but showcase all of their talents to the highest degree. City of the Weak has already spent a good chunk of 2014 on the road in support of Disclosure. While touring across the continental U.S. the band has hit major markets from New York to Los Angeles, including special guest performances on Vans Warped Tour and The All-Stars Tour.
City of the Weak is modern rock ‘n roll that is so perfectly defined, combining catchy pop melodies with rhythmic riffs and moving bass lines to create a sound of their own. They are best known for their intensity on stage, as well as their big personalities off the stage. Their persistence and hard work has been paying off since the release of their first EP, White Fire Alarm, in April 2013. Receiving much-deserved attention from White Fire Alarm’s two music videos, both White Fire Alarm and In a World of Bottles & Bedsores were featured on BlankTV, Bryan Stars, & Rormix.
