Mishegas is the electronic music project of Emilio Quezada Ibañez, the Mexico-born and New York City-based artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist with a range of sonic styles as diverse as his own upbringing and interests. He released his debut EP titled Temporary Love in the fall of 2021 following a steady stream of acclaimed singles, most notably "Episodes," dating back to 2017. The five-track EP highlights his ability to seamlessly blend multiple instrumental avenues, inspirations, and approaches together into a singular and cohesive package, all of which maintain an undeniable through-line that can only be identified as ‘Mishegas.’
He has toured extensively over the US and Canada most recently opening for Alex Lustig on the ‘Fate’ 2023 spring tour.
He is currently working on Mishegas’ debut album.
