Meet Me @ The Altar

Meet Me @ The Altar is here to dismantle rock music's stereotypes, riff by riff. The band -comprised of drummer Ada Juarez and lead vocalist Edith Victoria - has reignited the genre with their refreshing mix of earworm pop melodies, blazing guitar riffs, and punk attitude.” Their latest EP, Worried Sick, is a cathartic, reflective body of work that finds the band reenergized and returning to their easycore roots. Co-written and produced by Mike Green (Paramore, 5 Seconds of Summer, Pierce The Veil) and featuring heavy-hitting riffs, propulsive drums, searing lyrics, and soaring vocals, Meet Me @ The Altar prove once again why they’re a force to be reckoned with.

The band’s 2023 debut album Past // Present // Future amassed massive critical praise upon release, with NPR lauding the record’s “…punchy rhythm section and a momentum that reaches out a hand to yank potential friends into the fun” and noting, “[Edith Victoria] … soars through powerful hook after hook with seeming ease.” “Meet Me @ The Altar shine as voices of their generation,” hailed UPROXX, while SPIN praised the album’s “…memorable lyrics and infectious jams.” Them commended the “earworm-filled LP,” Consequence applauded its “…high-energy percussion, undeniably fun guitar hooks … [and] vibrant vocal abilities,” and Alternative Press celebrated the debut’s “unending optimism.”

The band has toured with major acts including Green Day, MUNA, 5 Seconds of Summer, and more, and have appeared at festivals including Lollapalooza, Riot Fest, and When We Were Young.
