John Forrest and The Model Citizens

John Forrest & The Model Citizens are an alternative band based in Minneapolis Minnesota. With an upbeat danceable sound the music tries to capture the changing dynamics of love, self-destruction, loneliness, and isolation in the digital age.

In 2019, John Forrest released Futile American Love, recorded and produced by Jacob Gossel of DPLV. Following the release, John Forrest & The Model Citizens formed later that year. Since then the band has been working, playing shows, and writing new music together.
