SPARE CHANGE TRIO (closing set)

This Milwaukee-based group, known largely for their eclectic live performances that incorporate the Australian Yidaki (didgeridoo) into flowing soundscapes of reggae, funk, and jazz-fusion, consistently leave audiences wanting more. Deeply rooted in the positive message of reggae music, the band has grown to realize their calling: to spread peace, love, and harmony… while laying down an infectious groove.

In 2017 Spare Change Trio was fortunate to share the stage with Mike Love and the Full Circle Band at Collectivo's Back Room in Milwaukee and the iconic Schuba's in Chicago. They closed out the year touring with Dustin Thomas at favorite venues in the mid west. Their summer festival season included sets on the Briggs and Stratton Big Backyard stage at Summerfest, The Family Gathering, and Wookiefoot's Shangri-La at Harmony Park.
