Party thrower and party goer Josh Bestgen, better known as Heckadecimal, has been a fixture of Minneapolis DIY synth and electronic music for over 15 years. Co-running the ever-prolific label Always Human Tapes, along with Ryan Wurst and Peter Lansky, he’s been helping push talent from across the Midwest to Sweden and Croatia. He’s gained notoriety for his energetic live sets and unpredictable, genre-bending style. Founder of the ‘Anti-Human' series of events that focus on live electronic music, he’s become an unwavering force and advocate for sonic experimentation.
