In the beginning of February there's two great opportunities to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. I can't even begin to describe the complete devastation the country has faced and I'm sure you're already well aware of it. But this is where we all need to step up and do what we can. 

Solid Gold has been a staple opener here in Minneapolis over the past couple years and on Friday, May 15th the local boys will be taking the Mainroom stage for their first ever headlining show at Frist Avenue! I used an exclamation point because it's really exciting. 

Did you know the homeboys have a pretty crazy following in Iceland? I swear. They even played the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival in Reykjavik. Totally understandable, their dancey goodness translates to every nationality.
