2011 was a banner year for the Twin Cities’ own Mint Condition. In addition to two GRAMMY nominations, they were fortunate to open shows in the US and Europe for Prince, and toured all last summer with Jill Scott and Anthony Hamilton. Now, in 2012, the band is continuing to bring their unique brand of R&B, Soul, Jazz, Funk & Rock to a new level! Their new single “Believe In Us” is rapidly climbing the charts, and their 8th studio album entitled Music @ the Speed of Life will be released on Tuesday, September 11.

The Buxtahooda is an annual charity bar-game pub crawl through Downtown Minneapolis, culminating in a medal ceremony/dance party at First Avenue. Players compete in teams of five. Costumes encouraged. Proceeds benefit the Vikings Children's Fund.
