Jackson Whalan is a multi-talented lyricist, producer, and performer, bringing a transformative variety of hip-hop and electronic bass music; inspiring dancing, social movement, and thought provoking ideas. His performances and recorded music are infused with special guests and live instrumentation, taking audiences on a dynamic journey with consistent momentum, and capturing the heaviness that is felt when live and electronic music combine. Diversity is Jackson's strong-point, from his hilarious "S.N.A.G. (Sensitive New Age guy)" parody video, to his Souled Out EP (Adapted Records), an ode to golden era boom-bap style hip hop. In addition to consistent touring and recording, Jackson also has experience in engineering and scoring for film and commercials, and has worked on producing a variety of events throughout his career.

Jackson Whalan’s path as an artist has been driven by the desire to uplift people with his words and music. He started rapping and making beats at age 12 through high-school, and was offered an opportunity to perform at the United Nations Headquarters for the International Day of peace in 2008, in front of Messengers of Peace and youth rom all over the world. He then attended The New School in NYC, and while in New York he formed the live group Technicolor Lenses with Sam Eckstein (Esseks) and Brandon Lewis (B-Riddimz), with their debut at the Big Up Music Festival (Ghent, NY, 2010-11). He began releasing music at first with his band. After 3 months of studying Integral Sustainability in India in 2012, Jackson officially launched his solo project upon his return to the U.S.. He has worked on numerous collaborations with known artists (Mr. Lif, Space Jesus, Lily Fangz, Jade Cicada, Dave Eggar, Soohan, JNTHN STEIN, Jo Jo Mayer & Nerve, Rasp 5, Esseks, Ross Jenssen, and more), and has toured multiple times up and down East and West coasts U.S and beyond. Jackson's foreseeable future is a constant flow of music releases, shows. visual content and recurring shared experiences with his growing audience.
