The Depot's Grand Opening and Diamond Dog Eating Contest!

This Sunday, July 4th as we celebrate our freedom, we also celebrate another great feat for this country: The Grand Opening of The Depot Tavern. The Depot has been open to the public for a couple of weeks and now we are ready to commemorate this with a Grand Opening party.
Stop by The Depot on Sunday to register to win one of the many prizes we will be giving away throughout the day including First Avenue tickets, The Depot Tavern gift cards, and a package for The Hold Steady (includes a pair of tickets, a table, and a bar tab for Sunday's show). In addition to all that glory, we will be holding the first ever Diamond Dog Eating Contest!

We will be selecting 10 lucky contestants to see who can eat the most Diamond Dogs in 10 minutes. Submit your name, age and a 2-3 sentence bio to info@first-avenue.com. We will be accepting submissions from now until Thursday, July 1st at noon. Contestants will be notified by Thursday at 2pm.
