Radio K presents THE HORRORS
THE HORRORS
The Horrors make their eagerly awaited return with the release of a new album on XL Recordings on July 26, 2011. Skying, self-produced and recorded in The Horrors’ own self built studio in London, was mixed by Grammy Award winner Craig Silvey. It features ten brand new tracks and includes the single "Still Life," also released on July 11. Skying is the band’s third album and follows 2009’s Mercury Prize nominated Primary Colours and their debut Strange House which was released in 2007. The Horrors line up of Faris Badwan (Vocals), Tom Furse (Keys), Joshua Third (Guitar), Rhys Webb (Bass / Keys) and Coffin Joe (Drums) unveiled a selection of new tracks when they played three live dates in June, their first UK shows of 2011.

CROCODILES
San Diego, CA’s Crocodiles have signed to Frenchkiss Records and will release their third full-length album, Endless Flowers, on June 5, 2012. While following in the footsteps of the raw, anthemic psychedelia of 2010’s Sleep Forever and the “repeat-ready…art-punk renaissance” (Rolling Stone) of their 2009 debut Summer of Hate, the songs on Endless Flowers add a refined cohesion and unmistakable sunnyness to Crocodiles’ glorious, noise and echo-cloaked pop.
