ESSEX
Essex formed in late 2010 out of five St. Paul area musicians with a passion for heavy music and the desire to continue in the footsteps of their idols. Most members having shared the stage previously and being old high school buddies made this lineup a great fit on and off the stage. In may of 2011, Essex released their self-produced 7-track EP and has begun playing shows locally to increasingly positive response. Constantly improving with each new experience, Essex is working toward recording a full length album in the near future.
AMERICAN REVIVAL
By name, American Revival, is something everyone can relate to. And by sound and lyrics, most all will also appreciate. American Revival is Alt. Country. Or Americana, if you will. Either way, add "Rock" after it... because you won't be able to sit still. Whether you are surviving in the cold heartland, which American Revival is as they are based in Minneapolis. Or "living it" on the coastline -most all can appreciate a good story about lost love or understand that it really stinks to have your car broken into. American Revival tells it like it is.
