Richard Galling aka Richard Richard is a music producer, visual artist, DJ, and foodie, residing in Milwaukee, WI. Much of his musical influence stems from his close proximity to Chicago and Detroit. Pairing early Chicago house sounds with Detroit techno futurism, Richard Richard re-contextualizes forms he grew up loving, but was too young to experience in clubs. Like many new producers today, he prefers to return to these original sounds in an attempt to redevelop and rethink them. But it's not just a simple retrospection, rather a reinvestigation into the potential these sounds have.
