ANDY ELWELL

Andy Elwell has been creating and performing music in Minneapolis, MN since 2001.  After gaining recognition through his former punk band Islero, Elwell branched out on his own releasing Different Places (2006), New Ground (2008) and No One You Will Ever Know (2010). His solo records embrace a versatile voice backed by a wide array of instruments and have been compared to Glen Hansard and Nick Drake.

JULIA DOUGLASS

Originally from Hopkins, MN, Julia Douglass, former French horn player of The Duluth Symphony, moves to New Haven in 1988 to get her Masters of Music degree from the Yale School of Music, planning to embark on a path as a career academic.
