This nine-piece band has been playing the music of Van Morrison to adoring crowds in and around Minnesota since 2002. It is also the papa group to St Dominic's Trio.
The first show happened on St Patrick's Day, 2002.
In December, 2008 The Belfast Cowboys and St Dominic's Trio released debut CDs.
In August, 2009, The Cowboys headlined at BB King's Blues bar in Times Square, New York.
In July, 2010, the Cowboys opened for the band Chicago, playing a three hour opening set and receiving a standing ovation from the crowd of approximately 15,000 people.
