2) What is your favorite thing about playing in the Record Room?
The intimacy, when a party gets wild in the Record Room it gets really nuts
3) What is your best Record Room / VIP Room memory?
LOL definitely some of the Honeymoon parties that we used to throw in there. I remember one where the out of town guests were kind of shocked with how crazy/drunk everyone was by 11p.
4) Tell us about your scooter collection.
First off, they are mopeds ;D I have 4 mopeds, one Peugeot 103, two Puch Magnums, and one Puch Pinto. I spent the summer making all of them super fast and unreliable. I love mopeds because they are really easy to work on, cheap to get and make fast, and they just look awesome.

MIKE 2600 is a 15-year veteran DJ, having rocked parties from San Francisco to St. Paul, from Oregon to Osaka. After moving to Minneapolis from St. Louis in 2003, Mike immediately began throwing the "Let's Get Electric" party in First Avenue's V.I.P. room (now The Record Room), a monthly excursion into Miami Bass, Southern Bounce, 1980s pop classics, disco, and post-punk.
